Job Description
- Read interpret assembly layouts hydraulic circuits and wiring diagrams.
- Work with more experienced runoff personnel to learn standard and special runoff tooling used in the area.
- Perform basic troubleshooting procedures to isolate electrical hydraulic and machine problems.
- Recognize part malfunctions and take corrective actions with assistance.
Understand and support Company philosophies goals and directions including ISO9001 and 14001 policies and procedures.
- Job Report labor correctly and in a timely manner.
- Produce quality work in a time frame that meets the expectation of the Team/Group Leads.
- Set the department / area standards in housekeeping attendance and teamwork by example.
- Possess working knowledge of standard hand tools
Team:
Employee may be regularly exposed to moving equipment mechanical parts
in motion risk of shock and other hazards associated with a manufacturing
environment such as overhead cranes welding machining painting etc.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience related to maintenance mechanic or technician
- Must know blueprint reading and wiring diagrams. Hydraulics pneumatics electrical all a strong plus
- Associates degree or equivalent from a twoyear college or technical school; or 1 to 3 years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate personal leadership; actively participate in or lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
- Demonstrate flexibility when confronted with high stress / emergency situations priority changes or new assignments.
