We are seeking a part time hands on person who is happy to work flexibly who will act as Facilities and Fleet coordinator. Our client is based client based in Walsham Le Willows not far from Bury St Edmunds Diss and Stowmarket. This position takes responsibility for all building maintenance and ensuring that all company vans arrive to the designated garage on time for any services or repairs.
The Company
Our client is a busy property maintenance company who provide a wide range of services to customers all over the UK. These include gas and electrical safety inspections Legionella testing CO and smoke alarm repairs and installations to tenanted properties . With over 25 years experience within the residential lettings industry the company have recently expanded their offering to include boiler installations too!. The role will be working in a lovely rural setting with a supportive team.
The Job
The primary functions within this role are twofold. Ensuring the building and facilities are maintained as well as the fleet of company vehicles. There are elements of this role which will be require regular attendance and some elements will be more adhoc. As such we are seeking someone ideally who lives close by and happy to be called in if something needs fixing on the times you are not in.
We are looking for someone who is multiskilledand is happy to be the goto and take responsibility for the following duties.

The role is offered on a fulltime (MonFri 9am5:30pm) permanent basis and has a starting salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Important Info
