Director of Unit Turnover Full Time

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer the Director of Unit Turnover will develop the Unit Turnover team creating developing and managing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)s for the new team with the goal of reducing unit turnover time significantly. The Director of Unit Turnover will coordinate the completion of unit turnovers and work closely with the Property Managers and Housing Services departments to refill units in a timely manner.
This position is fulltime permanent Monday Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm with limited travel throughout BC. This positions salary is $105000 per year.
