About Us

In Ingersoll Rand PFT division we sell Pressure Flow Technology products in India and external countries.

Job Summary

Product Support Manager Vacuum & Blowers is required to give first aid solution to Customer as first point on time during Customer Complaint issue. He will be leading time of 2/3 Call centre executive where he work upon registration of Customer complaint and give telephonic support so that basic issues can be resolved over the phone. Also he will be taking care of Multi Brand repair centre as Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Customer complaints timely resolution.
  • Leading Call centre team who will be coordinating with field service team for resolution of issues.
  • Giving telephonic solution to Customers for all PFT products.
  • Mapping CSR in system.
  • Handling Multi Brand repair Centre in Pune Delhi and Hyderabad.

Basic Qualifications

(Essential qualifications language driving licence etc)

  • Engineer with 10 year of Experience with OEMs handling Corp Customers and Team of 2/3 peoples
  • Knowledge of Low Pressure products Vacuum and Blowers of all type of ranges.
  • Multilingual will be additional advantage
  • Customer Service Support experience

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

70 office job and 30 multi brand repair centre

Key Competencies

Absolute KEY skills needed for role

  • Product knowledge over various range of products.
  • Product knowledge of PFT products
  • Good personality to handle Corp Customers over phone and teams.
  • Humble and pleasant in nature
