Job Summary
Farm a Flex company has over 50 years of experience providing awardwinning development services for medical life sciences and consumer healthcare sectors is seeking a NPI Process Engineer based in Hollis New Hampshire. The NPI Process Engineer will be in charge for processengineering capabilities focused on cost quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:
- You will design the process that builds the product at a Pilot Scale
- You will work on a team that builds manual to semi automated assembly equipment
- Working with internal and external teams to assess Process development technology
- Review mechanical and electrical designs for Manufacturability
- Define process and assembly flow.
- Fixture design and implementation.
- Build out organization and related to manufacturing readiness.
- Assemble technology and process characterization (DoE Process validation IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Give Project status updates with manufacturing site and customer.
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
- Typically requires 6 years of product development experience medical industry experience is preferred
- Familiarity with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and experience in conducting Value Analysis to identify costsaving opportunities and improve product designs.
- Proficiency in designing and modifying automation equipment along with the ability to develop process control methodologies and troubleshoot manufacturing issues is necessary for successful implementation and improvement of manufacturing processes.
- Must have experience in NPI Launch or Pilot Production
