We areseeking a dedicated and enthusiastic PartTime Restaurant Supervisor to overseethe operations of Tonight & Tomorrow Restaurant within our hotel. The idealcandidate has a passion for hospitality strong leadership skills and theability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues.
KeyResponsibilities
Assist the Restaurant Manager enhanceguest experiences by interacting with guests addressing guest needs andresolving issues or problems.
Be the liaison between theExecutive Chef and Restaurant Manager on staff evaluations and feedback toimprove the customers experiences.
Ordering front of house itemsand maintains inventory for Tonight & Tomorrow.
Take inventory of silverware glasswareand linens for Tonight & Tomorrow on the first of each month.
Ensure Front of House staff is in compliancewith their TABC and Food Handlers Certification.
Review OpenTable forreservations and discuss the floorplan with the Host staff.
Enter all booked private eventsinto OpenTable and ensure accurate reservations information.
As well anything else that is assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in asupervisory or leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industrypreferred.
Strong communication andproblemsolving skills.
Ability to multitask and overseemultiple outlets efficiently.
Teamoriented mindset with ahandson approach to leadership.
Availability to work eveningsweekends and holidays as needed.
