Job Description
Utility Attendant
$25.81 per hour
- Monday to Friday Role no weekend or public holiday work (no shut down during school holidays) 6:30am till 2:36pm
- Work close to home Springfield West State School (Spring Mountain)

Delta Facilities Management offers maintenance construction and project management services to a diverse range of clients including defence organisations schools offshore projects and remote resources industries.
The Position
- Flexible allrounder with positive attitude
- General assistance to the Facilities Manager
- Setups/packdowns for events
- Distributing deliveries
- Minor moves
- Actioning work orders
- Handyperson works and assisting trades where required
- Occasional light Cleaning and Grounds duties
- Minor routine maintenance tasks
- Litter collection
- Other AdHoc duties
The Person
- Beginner to intermediate computer skills
- Strong safety focus
- Flexible approach and attitude
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Experience in working in a school or education environment (highly desirable)
- Essential: Must be able to obtain a Blue Card undertake Functional medical with Drug and Alcohol Test
