EY Strategy and Transaction TSE Commercial Strategy Assistant Director
Within SaT TSE team services clients with a full range of handson operationally focused support and advice across the transaction life cycle across buyers and sellers. We cover a wide range of operational aspects including divestiture advisory services carveout readiness and support operational due diligence synergy assessment and delivery dayone readiness assessment 100 day planning integration process support carveout/standalone costs assessment and risks and cost reduction.
Our professionals work on transactions and business development across the globe.
The opportunity
Were looking for Assistant Director with expertise in Sales & Marketing function and one who understands the M&A life cycle carveout / integration of a business postannouncement of transaction. - As Assistant Director in TSE Commercial Strategy you will be a vital member of the team executing transactions.
- Youll support the Commercial Strategy commercial and revenue implications during a transaction to realize improved returns by minimizing Commercial Strategy disruption and identifying and unlocking value through improvements in gotomarket strategy commercial operating model and optimization of the commercial functions (sales service marketing).
- Build relationships with EY offices across the globe and demonstrate knowledge of regional practices. Responsible for high degree of GDS user satisfaction with engagement process and work products
- Developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value
- Use current technology and tools to enhance the effectiveness of services provided
Job requirements
To qualify candidates must have:
- A post graduate degree (MBA) in Sales & Marketing Finance with 10 15 years of related work experience
- Suitable consulting/ corp. experience
- Experience in Gotomarket approaches route to market strategy sales force effectiveness Pricing designing and executing marketing campaigns building Commercial operating model
- Experience in Commercial functions (e.g. sales marketing Commercial Strategy service pricing)
- Experience in Commercial Strategy Analytics
- Understanding of M&A life cycle carveout / integration of a business postannouncement of
transaction crossborder M&A - Ability to determine risks and opportunity areas
- Skill to synthesize approaches to complex carveout and integration conflicts
- Talent to adapt to new challenges and ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well versed with MS Excel PowerPoint PowerBI
- Willingness to undertake international travel as per business requirement
