THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Seasonal Barista AOK Caf you will support with delivering extraordinary experiences by creating worldclass beverages as well as managing transactions services and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE
As the Seasonal Barista AOK Caf you will:
- Deliver an Everyday Luxury experience for our guests
- Service guests with an exceptional product offering
- Uphold the standards of operational excellence
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Seasonal Barista AOK Caf has:
- Proven skills education and/or applicable certifications in:
- Serving It Right certification is an asset
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- An understanding and passion for the Food & Beverage and/or Retail industry in which we operate
- The ability to collaborate fluently with crossfunctional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE LOGISTICS
As a Seasonal Barista you have:
- The ability to work shifts up to 8.5 hours in length at least 3 days per week within our operating hours of 7:00AM 7:00PM 7 days per week (including evenings and weekends)
- The ability to work a variable shift schedule
- The ability to work during peak sales events from May 5 3 July 3 (time off requests during these times will not be approved)
