Job Description
2nd Shift: MonFri 2:00 PM 10:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all actions related to the preventive maintenance program of the Company
- Intervene in production issues related to mechanical pneumatic and electrical maintenance
- Perform tooling changes machine setups and make inprocess adjustments
- Rebuild calibrate and configure sealing components and controls
- Document clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime repairs and critical process controls
- Assist with the startup and shutdown of machines
- Engage in continuous improvement projects
- Participate in equipment installation
- Test equipment to assure efficiency and performance needs are met
- Maintain repair and rebuild various production machines and equipment
- Follow all safety and cGMP requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Postsecondary education degree with a combination of 2 years of experience or 4 years of experience within a related field
- Strong mechanical competence
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls and pneumatics PLC Programmable Logic Controllers reed switches valves relays temperature controllers and solenoids
- Understand and perform LOTO procedures
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Good verbal/written communication
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow complex procedures
- Attention to detail while maintaining a quality product
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Ability to understand and follow various guidelines and working procedures
- Strong organizational skills
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fastpaced controlled cleanroom environment 8 hours a day with additional overtime as required for production schedule adherence
- The clean room is controlled environment for temperature and humidity having low ambient noise
- Specific gowning is required including gloves hair & beard net face cover safety glasses with no makeup/jewelry and the like
- Ability to use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and understand chemical hygiene
- Must have the ability to do the following activities:
- Follow all safety protocols
- Stand and move about including reaching bending stooping grasping
- Use hand tools and equipment including forceful gripping grasping pushing and pulling
- Infrequently lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds max unassisted
