Are you a Canberrabased FRANZCR registered Radiologist or considering a move to Australias progressive capital Lumus Imaging is seeking a Radiologist to join our Imaging teams based across a range of clinics in Canberra including a site at National Capital Private Hospital.

We have an opportunity to join as or grow into the role of Director of Department where you will be leading and building a team as you develop your own sub speciality working in large modern consulting rooms with a variety of work covering MRI and CT including cardiac.

Lumus Imaging (a part of the Healius Group) harnesses the expertise we have gained over the last 30 years to deliver high quality imaging services and excellent customer experiences.

Our radiographers sonographers nuclear medicine technologists nurses centre support staff as well as our network of independent radiologists make up our 2000 diagnostic imaging experts and support staff across 150 sites around Australia.

Joining a closeknit and passionate team you will have the opportunity to work across a range of clinics with both on site and remote reporting across MRI CT Ultrasound Xray and Nuclear Medicine.

Committed to training and developing our Radiologists you will have access to our Imaging Clinical Council providing you with clinical and professional direction in radiology and nuclear medicine and assisting with the clinical review of safety and quality governance initiatives along with providing input into strategic clinical planning and development.

You will also have access to stateoftheart medical imaging equipment and be supported by a team of highly trained technical staff as well as a network of colleagues through a nationwide RIS/PACS allowing mentoring and collaboration in subspecialist interests.

About You

We are seeking a FRANZCR Radiologist with experience and expertise across any of the following:

  • CT
  • MRI
  • Ultrasound
  • Interventional procedures
  • Mammography
  • General Radiology

Excellent communication skills patient care and strong commitment to contributing at site and hospital level.
