Description
Heading all Finance functions Design & Implement internal control Policies related with accounts function Recordkeeping & preservation along with internal Process flow charts
Deal with the consortium of the Bankers in respect of Term Loan & Working capital facilities. Compliance of Bank Guarantee Letter of credit (Foreign & Inland) Export Documentation Inward /Outward Remittances
Monthly cash flow Management along with variance analysis of projected visvis actual including Investment planning
Perform monthly book closing ledger scrutiny control over accounting and report to management. Prepare Monthly Flash Report Budget & Actual report Quarterly MIS & analysis of key indicators.
Finalization & consolidation of Accounts and along with Compliance of Company law matters.
Conducting Internal & External Audits and compliance of Audit observations
Compliance of matters related to Direct & Indirect Tax including Tax payments return filling & completing Audit & Assessment as per law
GST implementation under SAP environment through system recommendations and impact analysis. Also Identify create Awareness & Implement amendments in Law from time to time.
