Job Description
We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee and facilitate construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundup construction for apartment buildings ensuring projects stay on schedule within budget and in compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage groundup construction projects for apartment buildings.
- Track project progress deadlines and budgets.
- Work closely with contractors architects and vendors.
- Maintain and organize project documentation and reports.
- Identify and resolve potential constructionrelated challenges.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Provide support to the development team as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least six months of experience in groundup construction for apartment buildings.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office project management tools and documentation software.
Salary: $65K$85K (Based on Experience)
