Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Member of Technical Staff SMTS (UI Developer) to join our clinicals division within product engineering at our Bangalore R&D (ITPL Whitefield) office
Our athenaClinicals team builds code that matters working on the beating heart of doctors workflows that is used by over 100000 healthcare providers daily. We build the interface that makes the interactions between these providers and the electronic health record as seamless as possible and elevates what the doctor needs to see when they need to see it. This team is innovative passionate and driven by our mission to help make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive scalable and highperformance frontend applications using React.js.
Collaborate with backend engineers UX/UI designers and product teams to implement interactive user experiences.
Optimize frontend code for maximum speed scalability and accessibility.
Work with APIs integrating microservicesbased backends.
Write clean maintainable and welldocumented code.
Debug and resolve frontend issues ensuring seamless user experiences.
Leverage cloud services such as AWS to enhance frontend performance and scalability.
Implement eventdriven architectures and work with streaming platforms where necessary.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 to 9 years of experience in frontend development.
Proficiency in React.js JavaScript TypeScript HTML and CSS.
Strong experience in working with Node.js for frontend development workflows.
Understanding of microservices architecture and integration with frontend applications.
Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with AWS cloud services for frontend deployment and scaling.
Experience with Event Streaming platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest React Testing Library).
Strong problemsolving skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience with UI performance optimization techniques.
Knowledge of security best practices in frontend development.
