Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their dedicated team. As a Nursery Room Leader the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping childrens early learning experiences. They will lead a team of practitioners ensuring high standards of care education and wellbeing while creating a stimulating and inclusive environment for all children.
What Were Looking For
- Qualifications: Level 3 or above in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Leadership Experience: Experience leading a team in a nursery or early years setting.
- Passion for Early Years: Strong understanding of child development and a commitment to highquality early education.
- Team Player & Mentor: Ability to support and motivate colleagues while fostering a positive working environment.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with children families and team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Room Leadership: Oversee daily operations within the room ensuring a highquality learning environment.
- Child Development: Plan and implement ageappropriate activities that support childrens growth and curiosity.
- Team Support & Mentorship: Lead and support a team of practitioners promoting best practices in early years education.
- Wellbeing & Safety: Ensure a safe secure and inclusive setting following safeguarding and health & safety guidelines.
- Family Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers providing regular updates on childrens progress.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the rooms provision identifying areas for development and improvement.
