Your Team & Role
The Global Technology and Operations organization is seeking a Vice President Strategic Initiatives to serve as the Chief of Staff for the EVP Head of Global Technology and Operations reporting into the Head of Strategic Operations and Growth Initiatives. You will plan coordinate and drive with and on behalf of the executive across a complex global and agile landscape.
Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
Plan coordinate and drive with and on behalf of the EVP Head of Global Technology and Operations across a complex global landscape
Synthesize information actions and issues to enable faster executive decisionmaking; is accountable for daytoday operation /
Provide consultation or direction for (without directly project managing) team crossfunctional transformation or enterprise projects and initiatives
Create necessary linkage between executives leadership team and broader organization; work with functional partners to ensure seamless delivery in support of organizational priorities
Partner to refine the EVP Head of Global Technology and Operations message and vision; consult on communication strategies by providing a clear understanding of what will resonate with various audiences
Focus on making time management information and decision processes more effective to expand the EVP Head of Global Technology and Operations capacity to deliver results maximizing productivity and impact
Help develop Global Technology and Operations strategy reporting for executive management and the Board
Act as trusted advisor and sounding board; propel team cohesion and engagement
Connected to the pulse of the organization has an ear to the ground; ensure the right voices (including their own) at all levels in the organization are being heard on topics of critical importance; focused on engagement and communication at all levels
Recognize and facilitate relationships most important to the success of the leaders agenda; manage and strengthen these relationships
Accountable for Global Technology and Operations space planning function
Support and drive other strategic work as assigned
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
Minimum of 10 years of functional and leadership experience in a fastpaced highly matrixed business environment with significant experience in a leadership position(s) at a Fortune 500 company and/or global business
Experience in the Financial Services industry preferred
Relationship Building and Interpersonal Skills:builds solid and constructive business relationships with key stakeholders at all levels across the organization including senior executives peers and colleagues; successfully operates across cultures complex organizational structures and multifunctional teams to drive alignment and achieve business goals; demonstrates strong executive presence with excellent consultative skills

Experience with agile development methodologies
Knowledge of business concepts and financial management tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the companys business
Ability to learn new skills and knowledge on an ongoing basis through selfinitiative and tackling challenges
Excellent problem solving communication and collaboration skills
Location: Newark NJ hybrid minimum 3 days/week in office
