The Medical Affairs department is looking for a Program Manager Provider Compensation. This position reports to the Vice President of Medical Affairs this position is responsible for all data collection analysis and reporting functions required to support physician and advanced practice provider compensation plans for JHCP. This position will develop manage and administer the multiple provider compensation models at JHCP for approximately 600 providers. This role will be responsible for ensuring provider compensation philosophy is applied accurately and consistently across the organization. It will collaborate with JHCP leadership to design provider compensation programs and strategies to meet business needs.

Location: 6225 Smith Ave. Baltimore MD 21209

Shift:Non Exempt Fulltime 40 hours per week

What Youll Need to be Successful:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Health Management Accounting or related business field required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience using complex analytics working on problems of diverse scope and developing initial improvement plans for review.
  • Knowledge of business and/or related financial analyst activities Technical understanding of complex databases and financial reporting.

Salary Range: Minimum36.49per hour Maximum60.26per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
