Johns Hopkins Childrens Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Fetal Program Nurse Coordinator to join our specialized team. In this vital role you will provide comprehensive support and coordination for pregnant patients diagnosed with fetal anomalies facilitating multidisciplinary care and ensuring seamless patientcentered management.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Education & Support: Provide educational resources psychosocial support and conduct barrier assessments for patients navigating complex fetal diagnoses.
Care Coordination: Oversee the utilization of Johns Hopkins Childrens Center resources to deliver coordinated multidisciplinary care for both nonsurgical and surgical fetal cases. Ensure fetal patients are assigned to the appropriate care pathways and matched with relevant consultants.
Multidisciplinary Team Management: Maintain an uptodate registry of all fetal patients. Organize and manage weekly multidisciplinary fetal meetings ensuring that all cases are reviewed comprehensively. Document and communicate detailed care plans from these meetings in maternal and fetal medical records.
Compliance & Protocols: Uphold institutional review board (IRB) protocols related to the fetal program ensuring compliance with institutional standards and practices.
Longitudinal Neonatal Care: Facilitate and monitor ongoing care pathways for neonatal anomaly patients with a specific focus on single ventricle neonatal cardiac patients. Ensure these patients receive continuous coordinated followup care.
Program Evaluation: Collect maintain and analyze detailed program statistics to assess medical outcomes service utilization and financial impact.

Salary Range: Minimum39.94per hour Maximum61.91per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
