Job Description
Founded in 2013 Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees 7 billion downloads and over 200 million active users Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes charttopping games like Mob Control and Block Jam alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
Our iOS App has surpassed 1M downloads and were now scaling our operations to the next level.
As an Operations Manager at Jamble you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing the tools and processes that keep our marketplace running smoothly. Youll work across logistics seller operations and data insights to ensure efficiency accuracy and scalability as we continue to grow.
Role
- Seller Operations & Tool Development: Design and maintain internal tools (spreadsheets dashboards and automation processes) to streamline seller management and optimize marketplace operations.
- Data & Performance Insights: Analyze operational and sales data to identify trends track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.
- Logistics & Inventory Coordination: Oversee the flow of goods sent to and stored in our warehouse ensuring smooth inventory management and delivery processes.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve and automate key operational workflows to scale Jambles business efficiently.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with tech marketing and customer support teams to ensure operational alignment and seller success.
Profile
- Experience: 23 years in a relevant field preferably in a startup ecommerce or operationsheavy environment.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas pivot tables automation) and comfort working with datadriven decisionmaking. Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools is a plus.
- ProblemSolving & Adaptability: Ability to take initiative in a fastpaced everchanging environment.
- Communication & Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Passion: Interest in startups resale fashion ecommerce and logistics.
