Key Responsibilities
Practice Development & Leadership
- Define methodologies techniques and tools for Business Analysts (BAs).
- Establish best practices for business analysis and requirements gathering.
- Provide templates and guidelines for documenting requirements process flows and use cases.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across teams.
Business Analysis & Delivery
- Facilitate workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze data processes and systems to identify areas for optimization.
- Ensure business and technical specifications are accurate and unambiguous.
- Manage and oversee requirements gathering analysis and implementation activities.
- Develop user stories to minimize rework and misinterpretation.
Service Desk & BA Team Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the service desk including resource management and SLA adherence.
- Work closely with IT service management and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Guide and mentor the BA team to ensure effective project .
Change Management & Coordination
- Act as the Change Manager coordinating changes within the ShortTerm Admin (ST Admin) environment.
- Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and represent ST Admin in Group CAB meetings.
- Ensure smooth deployment processes and transitions into production environments.
