DLA Pipers Corporate practice is growing and we are looking for a high performing Senior Associate with ECM and M&A experience to join our team based in Brisbane or Sydney. This opportunity will involve you working closely with our Partners who are leaders in their fields and playing a key role in supporting the worlds leading enterprises and brightest startups in their development growth and investment activities.

You will be central to this offering helping to win new clients by drawing on DLA Pipers global expertise and building a trusted advisor relationship around it.
You will enjoy leading on a range of complex matters with clients through all stages of their transactions to ensure successful deal outcomes.
- ECM transactions
- End to end cross border and domestic M&A
- Managing and building client relationships
- Mentoring lawyers and taking an active role as a leader in the team
