Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for a User Documentation Expert fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your Tasks
- Writing user manuals for information systems;
- Writing information systems online help;
- Writing web documentation;
- Prepare and give training courses on information systems
- Translate business analysts input to information consumable by the enduser.;
- Interaction with the business analysts customer users project leaders and the developers.
Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Experience in writing technical documentation;
- Very good knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile SAFe);
- Very good knowledge of wiki collaborative sites and social networks;
- Knowledge in end user assistance of information systems;
- Good knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint);
- Good knowledge of MSOffice;
- Excellent command of the English language is required and knowledge of French will be considered an advantage.

Details:

Rate: max daily 420 EUR/day gross depending on experience (including your rate).
