What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:
Handle inbound customer requests and document all relevant case information
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by assisting users with PreSales General Inquiries and technical support via multiple communication channels (as assigned)
Provide appropriate solutions or escalate customers to higher support tiers as necessary
Collaborate with team members to resolve or close help tickets efficiently
What Were Looking For
Youll be a great fit for us if you:
Are fluent in German (written and spoken) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to simplify complex technical information for nontechnical users
Are patient and empathetic when assisting customers and resolving issues
Stay updated with the latest trends in IT and tech
Demonstrate a proactive selfmotivated attitude and are an excellent team player
