The Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer you will be joining ourVideo Entertainment team and will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our Solutions and products. Youll work as part of a dynamic and crossfunctional team to ensure the seamless delivery of highquality Deliverables. You will work on the latest technologies in the streaming industry and Your expertise will contribute to the innovation and enhancement of our solutions ensuring our global customers have the best possible experience.
Your mission at Irdeto:
- Develop and maintain software applications and services for our OTT platform ensuring high performance scalability and reliability.
- Debug troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code following coding standards and software development processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes.
How you can add value to the team
- Bachelors degree in computer science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java Angular and/or others as relevant.
- Proficiency in developing dynamic singlepage web applications using Angular for front end profile. (Angular Framework Typescript JS HTML and CSS)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Understanding of database systems (SQL NoSQL) and data modeling
- Managing project builds dependencies and artifactories.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced agile development environment.
