Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative you will:

Respond to client inquiries via phone or chat providing information about their insurance policies.

Process requests in our client policy administration system including sending documents such as letters emails and contracts.

Manage electronic archiving and indexing through our document management tool.

Handle policy changes including updating payment details.

Process claims and cancellation requests.
What Were Looking For
We are the perfect fit for you if:

You have a high level of Dutch (C2 and are fluent in English (B2.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.

You possess excellent communication skills with a formal diplomatic approach.

You are proactive selfmotivated and thrive as a team player.
