As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon Portugal (OnSite) you will play a key role in meeting performance goals and ensuring client expectations are exceeded through operational excellence including high standards in quality efficiency and customer journey improvement.

What You Will Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative your responsibilities will include:
Responding to inbound customer requests and documenting case details
Providing exceptional customer service by assisting with PreSales General Inquiries and technical support via various channels
Addressing customer concerns and escalating to higher support tiers when necessary
Collaborating with team members to resolve issues and close help tickets effectively
What Were Looking For
We are a perfect fit for you if you:
Are fluent in Dutch (written and oral) and proficient in English (B2
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for nontechnical users
Demonstrate patience and problemsolving skills when assisting customers
Stay updated on the latest IT and tech trends
Are proactive selfmotivated and thrive in a collaborative team environment
