Role Overview:
As the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Digital Platform Strategy you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic vision for AT&Ts desktop mobile web and app platforms. Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation this role will drive the optimization and expansion of digital platforms to align with business objectives enhance customer experiences and ultimately deliver measurable growth.
This leader will work crossfunctionally with senior leadership and key stakeholders ensuring that digital platforms evolve to meet customer expectations. A strong background in app development UX strategy and ecommerce is essential. Additionally the AVP will lead and develop a highperforming team to support AT&Ts digital transformation efforts.
This role is based in Dallas Texas requiring inoffice presence 5 days/week. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a digital platform strategy that enhances customer engagement and drives growth across desktop mobile web and app experiences.
- Define the role and longterm vision for each app and digital platform to ensure they support AT&Ts broader business objectives and customer experience goals.
- Develop the go to market strategy and roadmap for the AT&T flagship app in partnership with the Digital Product and ATS teams.
- Serve as the strategic lead for any and all new app requests across AT&T to ensure prioritization and alignment to solve for both customer and business needs.
- Build and lead a team of digital platform specialists driving a culture of innovation excellence and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data analytics and user insights to refine platform strategies and enhance performance across key metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing product and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies and digital capabilities.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 10 years of experience in digital strategy platform management or related roles within a Fortune 500 company.
- Proven expertise in app development UX strategy and ecommerce with a history of successfully leading digital platform initiatives.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use datadriven insights to optimize digital experiences and performance.
- Experience leading and developing highperforming teams fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Ability to navigate and succeed in a highly matrixed organization building strong relationships with stakeholders across departments.
Preferred:
- Experience with largescale digital transformation efforts.
- Familiarity with major analytics platforms and performance measurement frameworks.
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks such as CCPA and GDPR for data privacy.
