Were a family owned Mexican Restaurant located off of historic Washington Square looking for someone passionate about food for a saute & line cook position.
Must be available Sundays.
Duties:
Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Adhering to all relevant food safety and sanitary regulations and standards
Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen and management staff to order resupply
Qualifications:
