GARNEY CONSTRUCTION
Garney Construction is offering a project manager position in Nashville TN and surrounding areas. To be considered for this position you must have previous project management experience in the water and wastewater construction industry.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Managing cost and Work In Progress projections.
- Managing job site supervisory personnel.
- Planning and scheduling the project.
- Developing and maintaining owner relations.
- Negotiating and purchasing materials.
- Establishing and enforcing job site safety expectations.
- Managing project costs.
- Overseeing labor projections.
- Contract negotiation and administration.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 710 years of construction experience
