Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity due to the growth of our team! We are looking for a Sr. Specialist Finance Analyst to join the Surface and C5 System Finance team. This includes responsibility for Program Finance over Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization.
Essential Functions:
- Partner with and provide guidance to Program Managers Technical Leads and Division/Sector leadership related to financial performance
- Lead the improvement and streamlining of policies and procedures including driving utilization and finance functional oversight of SAP PMMO (Project Manufacturing Management Optimization) / GPD (Grouping Pegging Distribution)
- Responsible for influencing daytoday of all financial activity related to Programs Proposals Reviews including the development of strategies necessary to achieve program financial goals.
- Program finance duties will include: development/review of timephased budgets following contract award; establishment of key performance metrics and milestones; ongoing reporting of Program(s) cost and schedule variances in accordance with company policy; ETC/EAC preparation and review analysis and monitoring; maintenance and reporting of timely performance data to division management team as well as customer; investigation of financial irregularities; financial program compliance; prepare milestone invoices and analyze program cash forecast.
- Drive program performance
- Oversight of program financials for Orders Sales EBIT and Cash including preparation of financial reports and briefings to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Science Business Accounting Finance or relatedanalytical field and minimum 6years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree minimum of 10years of prior related experience
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with SAP Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel.
- Experience with an EVM Engine software. Experience with an Accounting System of Record software.
- US citizenship required.
Preferred Additional Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to partner with PMs and functional leaders.
- Experience interfacing with and presenting to executive leadership.
- Ability to create executive level briefings.
- Ability to work in a fast pace and challenging environment.
- Prior proven leadership experience
- Experience being a change agent.
