Job Description
Were hiring CDLA drivers for our Family Dollar dedicated account out of Ashley IN. Get home weekly for a 34hour reset average $1850/week and enjoy tenured 24/7 support from our experienced operations and leadership team.
Position Highlights:

Home Time: Weekly 34hour reset
-
Pay: Avg. $1850/week Up to $96200 annually

Miles: 1100 per week
Pay per mile: $0.80 $0.86 based on experience

Loads: Avg. 3 per week

Unload Pay: $325 per load (boxbybox unload using rollers)

Backhaul Pay: $30
-
RideAlong Training: 1 week @ $150/day

Assigned Truck: After training (no slip seating)
- Delivery Areas: IL OH MI IN
- Shifts: Early AM deliveries MonFri (Sunday night start for Monday loads)
Requirements:
- 100 touch freight manual loading of boxes 135 lbs) onto a conveyor belt
- Active handson job with yearround stable routes
- 5.5day workweek with a regular 3448 hour rese
- No NYC or five boroughs
- Must be physically fit and capable of handunloading freight
- Strong customer service skills required
Driver Qualifications:

CDLA License

Must be willing to complete 1week paid ridealong training
- Max 3 moving violations (last 3 years)
- No DUIs/DWIs in past 3 years
- No unauthorized abandonments or serious traffic offenses
- No more than 2 preventable accidents (last 3 years)
- Must pass PSP screening
- NO SAP Drivers
