Job Overview

We are looking for a Fresher to join our Customer Service team in Bangalore Urban. This is a fulltime position aimed at those with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries resolving issues and providing an exceptional service experience.

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers through various channels.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities to identify and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Active listening to fully understand the customers needs and provide accurate solutions.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing accurate and timely information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
  • Update customer records in the companys database after each interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure the best possible service for customers.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to offer accurate information.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members once acquainted with the role.
