JOB PROFILE:
- To manage all production activity such as daily production report the shift of labor handling MIS report to Plant Head / Production manager
- Planning and control overall production incoming inspection of material
- Online production testing and the quality test report for daily dispatch material. The audit report for BIS certificate.
- To testing all online production material and raw material coating and printing section.
- Job development against requirement as in the product of customer package development printing and other important batch tests.
- Providing day to day production planning.
- Improved packaging related Engineering changes to meet customer requirements and improve production efficiency.
- Conducted testing to ensure the high quality of the products produced in the plant.
- Ensured product integrity and manufacturing capabilities of the company.
- Assisted in quality control to resolve packaging issues in the manufacturing plant(GSMBSCSECTRCTVTCOBB TESTPRTTS).
- Reviewed production and operation reports of manual plant and the automatic plant also
- Provided packaging support to clients brand product and consumable device products.
- Collected and analyzed data to validate new packaging concept.
- Maintained record and data to ensure high quality control.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Fully automatic 5 ply corrugated making plant
- Working experience in the packaging industry.
- Ability to manage high volume manufacturing activities.
- Ability to increase production efficiency with the implementation of new systems and procedures.
- Ability to provide technical and nontechnical support to the production team.
- Excellent people skills with demonstrated ability to increase teamwork and achieve a result.
- Strong leadership and teamwork attributes.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint & windows (o.s)
