Job Description
TheVolunteer Coach will assist in instructing studentathletes in fundamental skills strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize a degree of individual and team success. At the same time studentathletes shall receive instruction that will lead to the formulation of moral values pride of accomplishment acceptable social behavior selfdiscipline and selfconfidence. TheVolunteer Coach reports to and works closely with the Head Coach and to determine goals and direction of the program. The Volunteer Coach is responsible for the health safety and welfare of every studentathlete participating in their program for Liberty High School.
