The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the resorts reservations and meeting sales department by managing guest reservations maintaining precise records and facilitating seamless communication between departments to enhance the overall guest/client experience. This position requires exceptional customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to assist with group bookings billing processes and administrative support to ensure smooth operations internally and high guest satisfaction.
