Job Description
MFG is hiring a dynamic payroll coordinator to join our growing Human Resources team! The ideal candidate for this role is a selfmotivated passionate individual.
- Managing and processing combined payrolls and assisting managers employees and senior leaders as appropriate.
Completion of accurate and efficient payrolls including processing of all required payroll reports and checks. Works closely with The Human Resources Team and Accounting Departments to ensure locations meet proper cutoff dates and adhere to their weekly monthly quarterly and yearly reporting schedules
- First line contact for all employees regarding benefits payroll deductions OT pay
Requirements:
2 years relevantpayroll experience
Restaurant/Retail experience preferred
Experience withUKG/Ultipro preferred
Selfstarter with willingness to work handson
Excellent problemsolving skills: recognize analyze and resolve effectively
Must be detailoriented and organized with excellent communication skills verbal and written with technical and non technical audiences
Passion to learn develop and grow
