NetImpact Strategies Inc. is seeking to hire a Systems Engineer to support a Federal Agency.
This role is located 100 onsite in Fort Sam Houston TX.
Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in the development and of business and financial solutions that adhere to government and industry best practices and standards.
- Design test upgrade and integrate new or existing infrastructure platforms in accordance with the organizations business requirements.
- Advise senior leadership on governance frameworks and organizational decisionmaking models.
- Assist senior leadership in shaping and achieving strategic vision operational and tactical goals.
- Implement systems to track and manage wireless devices while strengthening mobile device and platform security to safeguard organizational data.
- Facilitate the integration and secure management of mobile applications devices data and content improving access to critical resources for mobile users.
- Design build and maintain Citrix XenApp infrastructure including Citrix StoreFront Access Gateway and Netscaler solutions.
- Assist with Citrix platform upgrades migrations and User Profile Management system maintenance.
- Perform system administration tasks for Windows environments and manage virtualization technologies like Citrix and VMware.
- Ensure compliance by installing OS and security updates per DOD Army Air Force and MEDCOM directives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications and Certifications
- A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency.
- Bachelors degree and/or equivalency.
- Candidate must be eligible for a Secret Clearance.
- IAT II certification compliant with DoD 8570.01M requirements. (CCNASecurity GICSP GSEC Security CE SSCP CySA **
- CE: Professional level certificate.
- Ability to work 100 onsite in Fort Sam Houston TX.
Preferred Qualifications and Certifications
- Previous Federal Consulting Experience.
- Advanced expertise in mobile device management and infrastructure security solutions.
- Additional certifications in infrastructure or related technologies.
- Experience with Federal or DoD systems and environments.
