We are seeking a dynamic and driven founding SDR to join our team and build out our outbound sales motion. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment have a knack for speaking with customers and are passionate about outbound sales we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and source new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup outbound cold calls emails and social media.
Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs qualify leads and determine their fit for Ema.cos offerings.
Pipeline Management: Manage and track your pipeline of prospects ensuring timely followup and accurate reporting in our CRM.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for reaching potential clients and refining messaging.
Market Research: Stay uptodate with industry trends competitor activities and potential opportunities for Ema to grow.
Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the product and marketing teams to help shape our offerings and messaging based on interactions with prospects.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a sales development or related role preferably in a SaaS or technologydriven company.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Motivation: Selfstarter with a strong work ethic eager to learn and comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment.
TechSavvy: Familiarity with Hubspot sales engagement platforms and social media tools.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and tools with a willingness to take on new challenges.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the overall success of the team.
