We are looking for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor with 14 years PQE to join a leading law firm in Ipswich. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team and handle a diverse range of commercial property matters.
KeyResponsibilities:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will be responsible for:
- Managing commercial landlord and tenant work including lease negotiations and renewals
- Assisting with investment and asset management transactions
- Handling general commercial property development matters
- Acting for banks and/or borrowers in secured lending matters
- Providing property support as part of corporate transactions
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with 14 years PQE gained within a strong regional national or City firm
- Strong understanding of commercial property law and transactions
- Experience in landlord and tenant work investment management and property development is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage your own caseload and work collaboratively within a team
