YOUR MISSION

Glovo is looking for an Operations to work in our Tunisia team. Are you passionate proactive datadriven and handson Do you want to evolve in one of the fastest growing Startups of Europe building a product that will change peoples daytoday and disrupt the ondemand market

THE JOURNEY

• Provide analytical support to the operations team in Tunisia
• Perform analysis to come up with some insights to help improve the delivery time in all the cities in Tunisia
• Work close with the tech department to monitor change in the dispatching algorithm
• Track the impact of all the new implementations that you have proposed by checking the daily metrics of the cities
• Own all dashboards and build new tools to improve the visibility of metrics in the department
• Understand the operations model in Glovo to provide advice to the team
• Give life to your craziest ideas and have an immediate impact
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow develop and make a difference

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Good analytical Skills: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
• Problemsolving skills: no problem is too small or too big
• Excel proficiency
• Experience in SQL and/or coding
• Professional English
• An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude
