What makes you a strong candidate:
- You have 2 years of experience in billing.
- You are proficient in EDI 834 email management information technology and Troubleshooting.
- English - Conversational.
Responsibilities and more:
- Manage multiple ongoing vendor integrations for customers ensuring successful data exchange.
- Communicate and follow up frequently with vendors to ensure smooth integration processes.
- Ensure timelines and expectations are met with internal requesters and vendors.
- Monitor integration processes troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Maintain documentation of integrations progress and issues.
- Follow internal processes using tools like HubSpot for tracking.
- Continuously improve processes based on feedback from teams and vendors.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing IT or a technical role.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and email skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) experience (preferred but not required).
