The Polk County Circuit Court in Dallas Oregon is hiring a Court Analyst (Analyst 3.
In this role
You will provide administrative and analytical assistance on court policies procedures organization programs and internal operations. You will work directly with the Trial Court Administrator (TCA). A brief overview of some tasks of this position are as follows:
You will research evaluate develop coordinate and/or rollout projects as assigned by the TCA. Maintain regular communication with judges staff vendors and other agencies. Analyze the existing or proposed policies procedures and legislation. Develop recommendation then implement the procedures and communicate with judges staff and other agencies. You will evaluate the changes for the Oregon eCourt programs and identify any system problems and research solutions. Develop documentation and business processes for local court system applications. Providing recommendations to management.
In this position you will create plan and provide ongoing training to court users for Odyssey functionality. This includes any updated business processes for various Odyssey tasks. Create and maintain Odyssey new users queues workflow paths and groups.
You will also serve as the Courts backup technical resource as needed. Troubleshooting and resolving technical and/or user issues associated with the courts technology equipment and programs. Working in tandem with ETSD to resolve issues.
Assigned tasks may be changed to accommodate workload and organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications

The qualified candidate must have a bachelors degree in business court administration public administration or a related field.
AND
Three 3 years of increasingly responsible professionallevel experience that typically supports the knowledge skills and abilities required for the position.
OR
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to seven 7 years of experience that typically supports the knowledge skills and abilities for the position.
