What you will do
Campaign Management and Marketing automation today covers both worlds B2B as well as B2C. It is critical to streamline automate and measure marketing tasks and workflows. It helps businesses run marketing campaigns track customer behaviors personalize communication and optimize efforts across multiple channels like email social media and websites in real time.
We are looking for a Campaign Management and Marketing Automation Solution Consultant
- Inspire customers to favour Adobes marketing automation portfolio (Adobe Journey Optimizer Marketo and Adobe Real Time CDP) solutions by developing and delivering product presentations anddemonstrations
- Your are exhibiting thought leadership and driving innovative approaches to successfully lead engagements with consistency with no guidance. You are driving complex discovery processes to uncover customer needs and struggles across strategic customer organizations
- You are independently demonstrating personal skills and ecosystem skills to create and deliver creative and inspiring leader level of deliverables that show how Adobe solutions can solve business objectives and challenges
- You are establishing relationships internally at Adobe & with customer pointsofcontact up to CSuite
- You are developing and communicating SC recommendations during calls presentations and readouts for strategic / DAX accounts
- You will establish yourself as a technical partner and subject matter expert and actively giving expertise to customers
- You can effectively demonstrate how solutions solve for customers business challenges and drive and manage solution evaluation
- You are able to effectively manage ecosystem resources and proficient knowledge of completing technologies in order to effectively position against them.

How to be successful
- You are an authority when it comes to everything related to Customer Journeys Campaign Management or Marketing Automation and the related use cases are your home turf
- You are passionate about bringing to bear data from any channel to deliver realtime personalized communication across the customer journey based on true 360degree customer views. You have a strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies that helps you to position Adobe Journey Optimizer or Marketo at customers across various industries
- Ideally you will blend a technical and digital marketing background with a talent for crafting engaging presentations and delivering compelling software demonstrations
- Of course you are also confident to discuss our solutions and technology with both Marketing and IT executives at all levels
- Strategic understanding of Marketing Automation and CDP products in the context of B2B and B2C
- Experience with selling or implementing an enterpriseclass marketing automation solution isrequired; a big plus if that solution is Adobe Marketo oder Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Previous experience with campaign management customer journeys and crosschannel marketing
- An excellent understanding of digital technologies in general e.g. web mobile CRM media destinations email onsite personalization IoT
- Strong experience with business objectives of big corporations (DAX 30
- 4 years experience in digital business driven companies
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to listen analyze and solve business problems
- Enthusiasm for digital applications #wearecreative
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility #wetakeresponsibility
- Strong teamwork skills and appreciation for collaboration #wearehuman
