Job Title: YouTube Video Editor Educational Content
Location: Remote (Must have 23 hours overlap with 9:00 AM 5:00 PM GMT)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT UK Time)

Position Overview:
Were looking for a detailoriented YouTube Video Editor Educational Content to help produce highquality learningfocused videos. This isnt about flashy visuals this is about structure logic pacing and ensuring the message is clear and engaging. The ideal candidate knows how to keep viewers engaged by removing fluff maintaining clarity and adding simple effective enhancements that support learning and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit longform educational YouTube content with strong attention to pacing logic and clarity.
- Remove repetitive or unnecessary sections while preserving message integrity.
- Apply clean basic sound design and Broll where appropriate.
- Enhance storytelling using visuals that reinforce the content.
- Work closely with internal quality and production team members to meet delivery standards.
- Handle multiple projects and meet turnaround times consistently.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in video editing preferably for educational or informational YouTube content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong English comprehension and logical thinking to understand context and edit for clarity.
- Knowledge of pacing cuts and how to maintain viewer engagement.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized across several projects.

- Interest in business entrepreneurship or education.
- Familiarity with YouTube best practices and highretention editing styles.
- Experience editing for thought leaders coaches or online educators.
