Job Description
Role: Program Strategy Specialist
Location: Any Metro city Remote
Experience: 58 years
Salary: 1015 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Design & : Develop structure and execute CSRfunded programs across multiple cause areas ensuring alignment with corporate partners impact goals.
- Strategic Modelling & Planning: Design scalable highimpact program models that drive sustainable change leveraging data research and best practices from the development sector.
- Project Management: Oversee endtoend program ensuring timely delivery transparency and effective monitoring & evaluation (M&E).
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture deep relationships with corporate CSR teams foundations and key stakeholders to ensure longterm engagement and funding sustainability.
- Impact Measurement & Reporting: Drive monitoring evaluation and learning (MEL) frameworks ensuring datadriven decisionmaking and high standards of accountability.
- CrossSectoral Expertise: Work across healthcare education environment disaster relief and other key cause areas to design and implement impactful initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy: Represent Foundation in key forums contributing to thought leadership in the CSR and impact sector.
Who Should Apply
We are looking for a seasoned social impact professional with:
- 58 years of experience in programme strategy CSR partnerships or impact consulting. (ExSattva Give Dalberg Dasra etc. preferred)
- Masters degree in MSW TISS ISDM Development Studies or related fields.
- Strong experience in corporate CSR partnerships strategic program modelling and executing highimpact initiatives.
Expertise in M&E impact assessment and program reporting frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust with corporate partners NGOs and government bodies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to develop program strategies based on data insights and social sector trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling proposals and reports.
- A gogetter mindset eager to drive impact at scale with an organization at the forefront of techenabled philanthropy.
