POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Marketing Manager will plan manage and oversee the formulation of all shortterm and longterm strategic objectives and business plans for assigned product lines. This includes development of multigeneration product roadmaps strategic pricing and price realization initiatives leading stagegate product development process and marketing activities and executing opportunistic strategic partner development. Responsible for leading demand creation and product positioning activities across the sales organization to drive sales profitability and market share while achieving strategic and financial objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead assigned product lines overseeing their commercial success from development through mass production.
• Manage pricing strategies for product lines emphasizing revenue growth and margin optimization.
• Formulate and execute strategic plans for assigned product lines including the development of product roadmaps and robust business cases.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence affecting assigned product lines including customer insights and competitive landscape assessments.
• Design and coordinate marketing programs and communication materials tailored to various sales channels.
• Cultivate constructive and collaborative relationships with diverse global crossfunctional teams both internal and external.
• Build indepth knowledge and expertise in product technologies emerging product designs competitor strengths market dynamics and distribution channels.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Location: Denver CO; some domestic and international travel may be required
• Environment: Standard office environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Electrical Engineering degree is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in power supply product development or related areas within relevant ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to foster productive working relationships within a diverse global crossfunctional team.
• Experience collaborating across engineering sales and marketing functions.
• Skilled in consultative selling with a keen ability to identify and address customer and market needs.
• Track record of delivering complex technical presentations to varied audiences with an executivelevel presence.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to engage effectively across all organizational levels both internal and external.
• Demonstrates strong business acumen and an aptitude for balancing strategic and tactical goals aligning shortterm initiatives with longterm objectives.

EXPERIENCE:

Essential

• 5 years of successful product management experience emphasizing strategic planning and product development ideally in the power supply or related industry.
• Indepth knowledge of and experience with IT customers distribution and ODMs
• Track record of progressive career advancement.

Desirable

• Strong technical experience with power supplies or comparable products

EDUCATION:

• Electrical Engineering degree

COMPENSATION:

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including but not limited to skill set level of experience and specific office location.The range of starting pay for this role is $120000 to $160000 per year.
