Your Role as a .NET Backend Developer

In this role you will build maintain and optimize backend applications that process and enrich real estate data. Working within a Scrum team you will collaborate with developers designers and stakeholders to create cuttingedge tools that make real estate data more accessible transparent and valuable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain .NET applications supporting real estate data solutions
• Work with databases to ensure seamless integration and optimize performance for scalability and security
• Build and consume APIs for smooth data exchange
• Ensure topnotch performance and security through best practices and optimizations
• Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams
• Stay current with the latest .NET technologies and cloud innovations

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a skilled .NET developer with solid technical proficiency a proactive mindset and a drive for innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field
• Relevant certifications in .NET and cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Minimum 5 years of experience in objectoriented programming
• Proven experience with developing cloudnative applications using Docker Kubernetes and cloud providers such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Proficiency in .NET technologies such as ASP .NET Core and C#
• Strong problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude
• Experience working within Scrum teams
• Adaptability to new technologies and agile methodologies
• Dutch language skills.

Problem You Will Solve:
You will play a pivotal role in integrating hybrid valuation capabilities into the platform ensuring seamless backend and frontend connections for optimal user experience.
