Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

EndtoEnd Technical Recruitment:
- Drive fullcycle recruitment for highly specialized and niche IT roles ensuring top talent acquisition for critical hiring needs.
- Source engage and recruit passive candidates from platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub Stack Overflow Naukri AngelList and tech forums.
- Conduct deep technical screenings in collaboration with hiring managers and assess candidate skills in software development AI DevOps and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple job openings across different technical domains and ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring.
- Develop customized sourcing strategies for hardtofill roles and implement aggressive direct sourcing techniques.
Hiring for Niche & Emerging IT Skill sets:
Talent Sourcing & Market Research:
- Stay ahead of IT hiring trends by conducting market research on emerging technologies and competitive talent landscapes.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of highcaliber candidates for future hiring needs especially for hardtofill niche roles.
- Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques Xray searches and AIdriven recruitment tools to identify and engage top tech talent.
Interview & Technical Assessment Coordination:
- Partner closely with hiring managers CTOs and engineering teams to define role requirements and skill expectations.
- Coordinate technical interviews coding tests and skill assessments ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Utilize AIbased screening tools online coding platforms (HackerRank Codility Leetcode) and live coding exercises to evaluate candidates effectively.
Candidate Engagement & Offer Negotiation:
- Build longterm relationships with top candidates ensuring a strong talent pipeline for critical and urgent hiring needs.
- Drive compelling employer branding for niche skillset hiring through social media tech meetups and conferences.
- Manage endtoend offer negotiation to ensure a smooth hiring process while maintaining high offertojoining conversion rates.
