Job Description

KONE France BeLux is looking for our Manager People Operations W/M . Reporting to the HR Director you will supervise the payroll and admin operations for France Belgium and Luxembourg and lead the teams helping them to develop their skills.

You will be a driving force in your area of responsibility implementing improvements to existing processes.

The position can be based in Belgium (Brussels) or in France (Trappes 78.

As a Manager People Operations you drives the people operations and service delivery support the achievement of KONEs business objectives and contribute to the ongoing development of the business by ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of agreed scope and by continuously aiming for improving the service scope and quality.

The role closely collaborates with different People & Communications Center of Expertise teams Unit People and Communications Director and their teams to align the service scope.

your mains tasks will be :

Service scope management and service delivery Aligning needs and service scope for people operations. Securing quality service delivery as per agreed scope.
Continuous improvement roadmap Identifying and driving initiatives that continuously aim to improve the experience and effectiveness of local people operations.
Harmonization of locally required people operations Driving harmonization of local people processes and practices and seeking ways to increase scale. People & Communications Centers of expertise teams are responsible for endtoend development of their respective global processes.
Local people operations and team development Leading and developing a team ensure efficient and quality delivery of agreed services in the scope. The team consists of People Operations Generalist Administrative and Payroll teams / roles.
Project delivery Responsible for local projects that contribute to the delivery of a People & Communications Plan. Localization of needed items and projects from global / area.
Annual processes Supporting in preparing and delivering annual processes according to agreed process cycle with close guidance from respective owners.
Local People Operations Ensuring local people operations services are efficiently delivered. Such services can include e.g. time and attendance and payroll related preparations or collecting information preparation and coordination of locally required documents.
Payroll strategy Collaborating with business and People & Communications leaders within the geography to create the payroll strategy that is aligned with KONEs global direction tools and processes.
Payroll Responsible for the activities related to the processing of payroll to enable efficient and quality payroll service across the geography.

Who are you

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a Payroll or Compensation and Benefits or HR admin field with experience in line/team management.

  • Knowledge of current payroll practices.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written business and commercial awareness and good working knowledge of computer systems and software.

  • Behaviours: Analytical thinking initiative thoroughness team working concern for standards and results focused.

  • You have experience in optimizing and digitizing processes.

  • You are strong in building internal networks and can rely on your communication skills to do so.

  • You are fluent in French or Dutch and English.
