City of Staunton Blue Ridge Court Services
PartTime Pretrial Officer
Blue Ridge Court Services a public nonprofit agency providing alternative sentencing options for the courts in the Central Shenandoah Valley is seeking a parttime pretrial officer. This position will focus on the supervision of individuals referred from the magistrates and courts of Staunton Augusta and Waynesboro. A bachelors degree in psychology sociology social work or criminal justice is required. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel as well as excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. Previous experience in criminal justice preferred.
